WHITE NOISE
Often described as a steady sound played at the same intensity and frequency emulated in the sounds of television and radio. It captures a wide range of frequencies and because of this, it can mask other sounds quite effectively. It is no wonder it has become marketed to help as a sleep aid. However, not all people receive White Noise welcomingly. For some, it is a harsh distraction to sleep.
PINK NOISE
Enter a lighter shade of red. Pink Noise offers a more balanced list of frequencies. They happen to benefit the sleep seekers with more rich deeper sounds that have been compared to the sound of rain and wind. The ultimate outcome of listening to this color is improved relaxation.
BROWN NOISE
Elevate your sleep even more with the brown sounds. With even more deeper tones than pink, and similar to the sounds of waterfall or distant thunderstorms, individuals have said this color of noise to be quite effective for deep sleep.
